Dance Instruction Available Payment of $100 retainer and signed contract is required to book an event. Retainer is non-refundable and is deducted from the total amount due. The balance of the fee must be paid before the event begins. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, or credit/debit card. PARTY PROPS / GIVEAWAYS: We can get you set up with a wholesale distributor and you can obtain anything available to enhance the fun, excitement, and audience participation at your affair. You design your own package by clicking on the link to my company store/party props. This will be much less expensive for you and lets you pick exactly what you want. We offer a huge selection, including glow items, inflatable instruments, glasses, and hats. Also, you will find New Year’s Eve and other holiday and special-occasion props.
Need Cocktail and Dinner Music? No problem! We will be set up and ready whenever you are. When your guests arrive we will be ready to play any type of music that will make your cocktail hour more enjoyable. Your entertainer will also be ready to handle any introductions or special announcements, whatever you need. When it’s time to eat, we’re there and ready to tone it down. Whether you prefer a soft rock or mild jazz, we will be providing the background music for you and your guests to enjoy while you eat and socialize. You will also have complete microphone access for prayers, toasts, or special announcements. When you say the word, we will start your dance. Your entertainer will accommodate your requests and make any necessary announcements throughout the evening. We continue to provide your musical entertainment until your reception site closes for the evening. OUR PRICING DJ entertainment prices for Dare 2 Dance are based on numerous factors. A “cheap” price usually results in a cheap party, but not at Dare 2 Dance Productions. We offer the highest quality DJ service for a reasonable price. The quality of DJ sound equipment and the large variety of music are perhaps the most important aspects that the customer will experience first hand. These can raise the overall cost of a DJ service in the form of overhead (premium sound equipment and thousands of songs are expensive—beware that some companies cut corners here, but not us). But these also give the most value to clients and guests (that’s what you’re paying for, clean sounding music that YOU like). All our events in Central Pennsylvania are a minimum of 4 hours. There are no hidden fees, no set up or tear down charges. We do offer availability in other cities and states, and other fees may apply in those places. Contact us if you are getting married outside of Pennsylvania. We’d love to DJ your event! Consider this: if your guests leave after two hours, and you spend money for four hours, you have LOST half of your money solely due to bad DJ entertainment, or worse, NO DJ entertainment. Consider your choice of DJ an insurance policy that gives you confidence that all of the other money you spend will NOT be wasted. If you spend more money on a cake or a meat platter than you spend on your DJ entertainment, chances are you will end up with a less than desirable result. Don’t be taken in by a price that ends up being too good to be true. A cake, a meat platter, or an ice sculpture can’t help you plan, play the right music, read your guests, or coordinate with your other event professionals. You deserve quality and value!
